June 2015 ended with 15 active listings, 14 regular or traditional sales and 1 short sale. The lowest priced active listing was a 1,479 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single story home for $147,000. The most expensive home is listed for $435,000 with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3,012 square feet. Median home price in June was $291,000 and 2,246 square feet of living space.
Civano had 8 homes sales and all were traditional sales. 5 sales were paid with cash, 2 conventional, and 1 was FHA or VA ( Federal Housing Administration or Veteran Affairs). The average selling price was $257,162 with an average dollar per square foot of $132. Homes that sold were between 1,144 and 2,483 square feet in size and sold on average in just 42 days.
Tucson, Arizona housing sales had a blockbuster month too. The average selling price for all of Tucson and surrounding areas was $219,370 with average days on market at 60. 1,481 homes, condos, and townhouses were sold in June 2015. Home sellers received 97% of their asking price too. Looking ahead to July 2015 2,114 Tucson homes, condos, and townhouses went under contract by June 30th, 2015. This means that many of the 2,114 will close in July.
