I’m getting at here is make this a business decision and not a personal one, and now I know that’s easier said than done. I think of it like an investment decision if you want to meet with your account or financial advisor you are rarely going to fall in love with your portfolio, those are highly rational and pretty cold calculations. Try to keep that same mindset when buying a house.
Tucson real estate is in one of the most unusual intense once in a lifetime sellers markets, this is uncharted territory. Which could mean you make an offer on 7 different homes and lose every time. And if you’re frustrated and you can stay put, don’t buy right now.
Wait it out if you can for a buyers market. It’s hard to tell one that’s going to be here but if you’re frustrated that’s the worst time to be making big financial decisions.
