Rita Ranch in Tucson, Arizona, Home Sales Report for June 2015
92 homes were active at the end of June with 74 regular sales, 15 short sales, and 3 bank owned foreclosures. The lowest priced active listing was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,445 square foot single family home for $100,000. While the highest priced home is at 2,338 square foot, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home listed for $260,000. Median home price for June in Rita Ranch is $180,000 and median size is 1,891 square feet.
Rita Ranch had 37 homes sell in June. 30 were traditional, 4 short sales, and 3 bank owned. Of the 37 sold, 3 were bought with cash, 15 conventional financing, 17 VA or FHA, and 2 the seller financed the loan. The average selling price was $174,297 and average dollar per square foot was $96. Homes that sold ranged in size from 1,386 square feet to 3,160 and sold in 61 days on average.
