 Mesquite Ranch in Tucson, Arizona Home Sales Activity Report for June 2015

In the month of June there were 15 active listings, 2 of which were new and 1 that came back on the market. Of the the homes that were available for sale 13 are traditional sales while 2 are short sales. The lowest priced active listing  in June was a $165,000 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that had 1601 square feet of living space. The highest priced property lists for $329,900. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3092 square feet. The median price for June is $247,450 with an average size of 2,347 square feet.

The total number of sold homes was 6. All of which were traditional sales. This means none of the sales were distress sales. It’s becoming common to  have a month of sales without a short sale or foreclosure. Of the homes that sold 3 were bought with Conventional financing and the other 3 were financed with either VA or FHA. The average selling price for Mesquite Ranch homes was $211,383 with an average price per square foot of $108. Square foot range of sold homes was between 1,297 to 2,713 and average days on market was 41 days.

Tucson Real Estate and housing sales had an excellent month too. Comparably the average selling price for the whole city was $219,370 with average days on market at 60. 1,481 homes, condos, and townhouses sold in June 2015. Great news for home sellers was they sold for 97% of their asking price.  Looking ahead to July 2015  2,114 Tucson homes, condos, and townhouses under contract by June 30th, 2015. This means the many of the 2,114 will close in July.
