  • Total Under Contract of 1,293 increased 32.3% compared to last year of 977.
  • Total Unit Sales of 1,530 is an increase of 21.6% since last year’s number of 1,258.
  • The Median Sale Price of $268,000 is an increase of 11.3% since last year’s number of $240,850.
  • New Listings of 1,097 Increased 13.6% from 966 last year.
  • Average Days on Market is 23 which is a decrease of 39.5% from last year’s 38.
  • Active Listings of 1,160 is decreased from 2,500 of last year’s numbers by 53.6%
