- Total Under Contract of 1,545 increased 20.0% compared to last year of 1,287.
- Total Unit Sales of 1,008 is an increase of 12.1% since last year’s number of 899.
- The Median Sale Price of $235,250 is an increase of 4.6% since last year’s number of $225,000.
- New Listings of 1,851 decreased 3.9% from 1,926 last year.
- Average Days on Market is 38 which is a decrease of 15.6% from last year’s 45.
- Active Listings of 2,367 is decreased from 3,347 of last year’s numbers by 29.3%.
