- Total Under Contract of 1,810 increased 31.2% compared to last year of 1,380.
- Total Unit Sales of 1,452 is a decrease of 3.0% since last year’s number of 1,497.
- The Median Sale Price of $250,538 is an increase of 6.2% since last year’s number of $236,000.
- New Listings of 1,446 decreased 15.6% from 1,714 last year.
- Average Days on Market is 36 which is a decrease of 7.7% from last year’s 39.
- Active Listings of 1,556 is decreased from 2,917 of last year’s numbers by 46.7%
