- Total Unit Sales of 1,399 is an decrease of 0.2% since last year’s number of 1,402.
- The Median Sale Price of $248,250 is an increase of 8.9% since last year’s number of $228,000.
- New Listings of 1,849 increased 0.6% from 1,838 last year.
- Average Days on Market is 36 which is a decrease of 18.2% from last year’s 44.
- Active Listings of 2,429 is decreased from 3,210 of last year’s numbers by 24.3%.
